August 2nd-Pennsic arrival day --edited with pictures

When checking in at the gate to enter Pennsic one is greeted with "Welcome Home."  I find this very fitting today as my first official day after saying goodbye to my long time home.  My vacation will be spent with family and friends, old and new, at my yearly temporary home.   It took my passenger and I about 12 hours to get here with one nap for me in the middle.  We talked about so many different things.  Deep conversations.

 It is so great to get to spend time with my son again!  Soon after we arrived the rainy sky turned blue and the pavilion was set up with help from friends.   A few years ago I found a way to set it up alone, but it wasn't fun.  Rewarding,  in the 'look what I did all by myself' kind of way, but a little challenging.   Getting to visit with my son and all the friends is wonderful.

Obviously Pennsic and my son are today's happy.
