The first day of June

Well, it is June.  At the beginning of the year I had been hoping to be out of my house and on the trail way before now.  Things don't always work out the way we want them too though and hopefully all will go well and next year I will be 2 months into what will be a life long dream of a hike.  Today I worked toward getting rid of stuff at my house.  I am making only small progress but it is progress.

My day went well.  The occupational therapist is pleased with my current progress and she gave e some putty to exercise with and help to build some of the strength back up.  This afternoon I had some bad news concerning a family member.  I am hopeful that it is just a stumbling block and that their future will become lighter.

Gideon was a bit upset when he found that there were 2 odd days in a row.  Our agreement is that he gets to bunk with me on the even nights and that is when we Vlog together.  The odd nights his parents put him to bed.  So tomorrow there will most likely be a Vlog again.

My daughter and Gideon went to the house today to help me sort through things.  Gideon's cousin was outside next door when they go there and the 2 of them played together all afternoon.  My happy is watching the 2 of them interact.  There were times when it seemed that they could see each other's imaginings.  Oh to be 5 again!
