So many things run through my mind. Currently it is "WHY, Why , WHY did you eat that Popsicle so fast that you had to give yourself a cold headache!" Ah,well... this too shall pass. This morning I went on a walk before the chiropractor and tonight I took another. Yesterday I told myself I would walk less often at night in the city. Apparently I don't listen to myself well. 🙉 I didn't need to take a walk to reach my step goal, I only had about 120 left to go when I set out. The cool, dark of the night called to me... just a few more steps... come on. Now I am tired and forgot what I wanted to write about this evening.
More stuff went into the storage unit!
There was a beautiful sky tonight, again the camera on my phone does not do justice to the colors. Or is it the photographer? Perhaps there is a way to adjust a setting somewhere to enhance the colors. Sometimes Google will enhance photographs for me. I seldom keep them but maybe I should.
My happy for today is that this is day 21 in a row that I have reached my 10,000 step goal!
