As I drove back from my house to my daughter's today I got off the highway and took a sort of random back road. I basically headed in a direction that was sort of north and kept going until my GPS stopped telling me to turn around. At one point I reached the top of a hill and I could see for miles. The top of the capitol building way down below and hills beyond. It was truly lovely and is my happy for today.
The paper whites and lily of the valley are starting to come up in my yard. I will miss these things when I sell my house. 🌼
